Our Research

Science that starts with the cause.

Our research methodology begins by identifying the molecular origin of disease and engineering interventions at precisely that point.

Our Approach

Mechanism-first drug discovery

Traditional drug discovery often begins with a known target and works backward to the disease. Solume inverts this process. We start with the disease biology — the precise molecular pathway that initiates and sustains the condition — and design therapies that correct it.

This approach requires deep investment in understanding disease mechanisms before entering the laboratory, but it produces candidates with higher specificity, fewer off-target effects, and the potential for curative rather than palliative outcomes.

Disease Mapping

Comprehensive molecular profiling of disease pathways using multi-omic analysis.

Target Identification

Identifying causal nodes in disease networks using computational biology.

Lead Optimization

Rational drug design guided by structural biology and AI-driven modeling.

Translational Science

Bridging laboratory findings to clinical outcomes with biomarker-driven trials.
